91.1 : yellow PD+ (no 5)

Area description
This area in the heart of the Trois Pignons is situated next to the busier Cul de Chien, and contains a number of interesting circuits for newby Bleausards. The area is sunny and dries quickly, and therefore not very suited if it's warm. Because the place is pretty sandy, jumping of the boulders is easy, although there are a number of highballs as well.
The area is accessed most easily from the large parking lot at the D16 in between Milly-la-Forêt and Noisy-sur-École (next to the cemetary near Noisy). Walk into the forest using the Chemin de la Plaine de Jean des Vignes, leave the boulders of Roche aux Sabots to your right, and turn right at the first large sandy footpath (this is after approx. 500 meters). The sand path leads to the large sandy clearing of Cul de Chien with the distinctive Bilboquet boulder, but approx. a couple of 100 meters after turning right you will arrive at a first clearing. The orange circuit n° 4 starts at the right of this first open area. The other circuits start up the hill at the left side, in the direction of Cul de Chien.
