personellement je me met en " no foot " et je met talon droit a droite comme le veux la logique et je jette ..
sinon il faudrait que tu rapproche talon G pres de ta main G et que tu jette ..
(ces 2 methodes sont efficaces )

Evidement si on veut etre puriste là encore, c'est bien de se proscrire la prise taillé au bord de la levre du gros trou de sorti (sic). Dur sur d' etre puriste de nos jours dans le foret.
