Et Gilles, tu as oublié la traversée haute gauche droite et la traversée basse avec le départ assis (voire allongé). On aimerai les avoir aussi dans la base.

J'ajoute le départ à genoux, la trav diagonale plus un demi-retour et sortie accroupi, plus connue sous le nom de "my name in the base run".
