ça demarre assis sur le petit caillou en bas en dessous la prou
ou sur la sol 1m plus a droite (donc est-ce qu'il faut traverser vers la gauche avant monter la prou)?

Je n'ai pas grimpé l'an denier, parce-que j'etais blessé.
Inflammation tendineuse au niveau poignets.
et à ce moment ça va mieux :)
