après réalisation avec deux méthodes radicalement différentes on doit préciser qu'effectivement la cote dépend des prises utilisées...
pour le départ assis comme pour le départ debout je pense que les décoteurs notoires ont du utiliser le gros plat en pince main droite au dessus de la prise où l'on talonne...
si au contraire on fait comme sur la photo (comme jos par exemple) ça rend la problématique un peu plus intéressante...car on s'oblige à mettre les fesses en arrière.
(7a debout,7b+ assis ne semblent pas surfaits du coup, 7c un poil exagéré)
