En remontant par une corde fixe comme "l'ouvreur".

En utilisant l'arrête uniquement de bas en haut avec un jeu de pied fuyant entre carre interne puis externe pied gauche pour finir interne pied droit avant le mouvement dynamique final pour aller chercher le plat sommital. Au niveau des mains, c'est pareil, elles sont regroupées sur l'arrête dans le dernier mouvement. Il est possible de remonter main pour gagner du terrain avant la détente. En bref, c'est pur, juste une arrête et rien d'autre. La cotation peut varier de 7a+ à 7c selon la température!
