J'allais mettre 7C+, et quand j'ai vu les photos de Thierry, je me suis dit que j'avais utilisé des méthodes en bois...
Vs avez sûrement déja répondu mais j'en rajoute : le départ se fait main gauche sur la prise qu'il a en talon, main droite sur une inversée évidente. Le dép n'est pas vraiment assis. Ca n'a pas d'intérêt, ce qui est intéressant c'est de baffer le plat à droite !

réalisé en depart vraiment assis!!!le mouvement dur du bloc est alors de decoller et d'attraper la bonne prise main gauche...c hardcore!
