Bonjours, ayant fait dernierement biceps dur, je me suis dit qu'il m'était donc possible d'envisager l'integrale, seul bémol, ou est le vrai départ, car j'ai un cas de conscience, est-ce des inversées d'holey-moley ou de la fissure juste à droite ou encore plus loin ? Merci pour toutes éventuelles réponse.

Départ de global terrorist à sortie droite de Holey Moley.
