Non, il n'y a pas de faute de frappe. Ce mot ne suit pas la rêgle de pronociation du S unique après une voyelle. Il s'écrit avec un seul S et se prononce comme s'il en avait deux... Bonne journée à tous

Asymétrie ne suit pas non plus la règle de pronociation.
Et c'est bien 1 A majuscule pour cet adjectif de cette Fracture.
