Que faut-il comprendre par départ bas? Il y a manifestement (comme semblent le dire les schémas sur la photo de Bernard Théret) deux passages distincts, la ligne jaune avec départ bonne prise de main gauche, et la ligne rouge (ex 4?) qui part assis? debout?
Des éclaircissements s'imposent concernant les modes d'emplois et les cotations de chaque...grand merci d'avance!

Comme a dit Lao Tseu, tu peux chercher la version la plus dure mais tu peux aussi démarrrer sur deux pads...Carpe diem
