Salut!
Quelles sont les prises de départ svp ???
Partir assis avec inver MG et pince MD puis jeté MG sur bonne prise ( trés trés dur !!!!), ou alors partir accroupi avec bonne MG, pince MD ,lolotte, inver MD etc.
ps: je ne peux pas lire les vidéos. cqfd

On part assis avec l'inver MG et la pince MD (ou une reglette à coté). Pour cela il faut caler son talon gauche à coté de la MG. Quand on est petit il est plus pratique de placer le pied avant de s'asseoir.

J'avais zappé le talon ... En effet, ça va être plus facile maintenant !!!
Je ne suis pas sûr que ce mouvement rajoute beaucoup mais j'y retournerai à l'occasion pour faire le bloc comme il se doit!
