Je ne suis pas persuadé que le bloc en vidéo soit "Nerfs à vif".Me référant à plusieurs topos, tous l'indiquent en face de celui-là (à 5m) dans une genre de fosse juste à gauche d'un mur expo (le spectre), on y remonte une arète avec des inversées pour prendre une grosse prise verticale et dynamiser sur la bosse de sortie (bloc plutôt sableux dans sa partie basse). Si quelqu'un connaît le coin? Bonne grimpe.
