doit-on partir les pieds tout au fond du toit ou bien seulement assis avec les mains au niveau de l'angle du toit?
le départ du fond avec les mains dans la grosse prise me semble très dur pour 7a : peut-être la vieillesse!?

Pour ma part je pensais 7a du fond et 7a+ pour celle de gauche. Mais c'est juste un avis parmi d'autres.

Le départ assis s\'effectue avec les deux mains dans le bac du plafond du toit. La vidéo du bloc est sur mon site : grimpeabloc.Bonne grimpe.
