très beau bloc, mais comment utilise-t-on la prise sableuse qui a cassé. pour nous la méthode n'utilise cette prise qu'en intermédiaire, avant de relancer une épaule à droite.

Pour avoir fait aussi le bloc dernièrement, j'ai utilisé la prise sableuse en bas en espèce de mono tendu puis une sorte de lolotte pour aller chercher le bac de droite (qui doit être la prise commune avec le 21 rouge)
Je n'ai pas vu cette épaule dont tu parles mais je dois y retourner de toute façon.
