Si l'on part un peu bas avec l'inversée main droite et une verticale main gauche, c'est du sixième degré sur.

Je viens de faire le départ assis avec main droite dans l\'inversée et main gauche derrière sur une réglette verticale... C\'est pour moi facilement 6c+ voir 7a !! ça met une charge supplémentaire sur les bras qui n\'est pas négligeable !!
