Apparemment ce serait un départ sauté: avec deja la pince main droite pour aller vers la gauche ou saut pour attrapper cette pince? Histoire de taille?

Salut , il faut se mettre en place avec une pince main droite et une petite arquée main gauche, placer pied droit sur un grat' évident,pour envoyer main gauche sur une verticale assez loin.
