..Bien sympa aussi. Une fois tenue la bonne prise en MG, croiser MD dans la petite fissure au-dessus et ramener MG sur le coeur. Finir comme dans "Coeur Bondissant". Recommander à ceux qui (comme moi) manque franchement de souplesse pour faire de manière agréable le remonter de PD que fait Yano sur la vidéo.
