comment demarré ce bloc ? le assis avec main gauche dans le trou très bas c'est vraiment très dur. merci

j'ai eu la chance de faire ce bloc alors que l'ouvreur étair là..
le départ se fait assis main gauche dans le trou, main droite sur l'arrête et le telon droit vérouillé sur l'arrête, de là tu te lève et c'est parti!
