Quelqu'un peut me dire comment faire ce bloc? Départ vraiment assis ou avec l'inversé main droite? Assis je trouve surdur!

c\'est un départ assis, sans l\'inversée, les deux mains en bas. une bonne préhension de l\'inversée avec la paume permet de se remonter (c\'est le crux), une fois relevé ce n\'est plus très dur d\'atteindre le bac.
