petite prise cassée / foot hold broken posted by ed ~ 18.10.2009 23:57

Bonjour,

Hello,

unfortunately, on october 13, 2009, a tiny sharp hold broke off naturally, when I tried jumps in Froggy Dick. It's a small hold, which is, I think, a part of that edge which is also normally used for the left foot. Now, this edge is thinner.

It is possible that the problem is now a little more difficult for people of my height (185cm), because they would probably use this foot hold. With this tiny sharp hold, I managed to come 5cm below the exit hold. Afterwards, I tried again but I could not use it well for the jump as a foot hold. With the other holds I just managed to come 15cm below the exit hold.

May be, some of the successful repetitors can check this route again and tell us if the difficulty has changed.

I am sorry for the change. Thank you for comments.

bye! :-)

I've done it a few days ago(17/10) and it was not very hard. But maybe I'm not a refference because I'm pretty tall (1m90). You can place your feet at a very tiny ledge and that's more than enough.
