bonjour, j'ai réalisé ce bloc en allant chercher main gauche ( avec main droite dans l'inversé verticale) un plat situé une 40 ene de centimètre a gauche de la prise que prend jos leenen dans la vidéo ,cependant il prend ensuite la prise que j ai pris directement ,pour sortir. Peut on prendre directement cette prise ou est ce un mouvement à convention, ou faut il sortir normalement plus a droite?
je sais pas si j'ai été très clair mais j'attends vos infos merci :-)

La version la plus simple et la plus logique reste de tout prendre à gauche pour un bon 7a. La version 7c/7c+ est éliminante et plus ou moins facile suivant la taille du grimpeur. Plus on est petit et plus la verticale est valorisable...
