Pour info c'est vraiment en départ sauté ce bloc ??
Dans ce cas le départ assis doit être sur-mutant, non ?

on peut démarrer de la meme fissure/inversée qu'on prend main G en triple axel.

on la prend toujours main G, pied droit bien haut, gros allonge à chercher un verrou main D un peu en épaule...c'est limite si tu fais 1,70 voir impossible si t'es plus petit.

de la : tu poses pied g, main G à coté de la D (pouce dans la fissure, en pincette), tu montes pied D sur une bonne marche et tu peux aller au bac final.

je ne sais pas si c'est ondée ni s'il y a plus facile, mais ça passe.
