Ca se fait en jetant sur le bac final, avec les deux mains sur la verticale de départ.
Donc sans utiliser la "réglette" oblique main gauche.
Le gros risque, c'est que ça fragilise les prises de départ (mains et pieds).
Quant à savoir si ça doit être mentionné comme nouveau bloc ???
