Bonjour à tous.
Quelqu'un pourrait-il me donner une méthode danc ce bloc pour sortir du toit et aller chercher les plats. J'ai la main gauche dans l'inversée, la main droite sur la réglette et là , il y a un truc qui m'échappe.
J'ai balancé un talon à droite , j'ai aussi essayé en mettant une pointe gauche sur la reglette de gauche et en esseyant de mettre la pointe droite dans l'inversée à la place de la main mais les pointes glissent à cause des lacets !

Votre méthode est correcte : pied gauche sur la réglette, pointe droite dans l'inversée et pince avec les pieds ! Main droite sur la réglette. Après : main gauche aussi dans une réglette (voir première photo dans: http://bleau.info/95.2/1648.html, main gauche un peu dynamique dans le premier aplat, main gauche un peu dynamique dans le bon aplat (voir photo dans: http://bleau.info/shop/7+8.html), main droite aussi dans le bon aplat. Talon gauche dans la réglette...
