C'est quand même un peu du pipeau cette photo "no foot" dans el poussah . Que l'on montre des photos de grimpeurs dans des blocs qu'ils n'ont jamais réalisés à la rigueur mais au moins que la photo donne une indication sur la méthode à utiliser.

Chacun sa méthode Mr pipeau, le premier mouvement fait sans les pieds, ensuite tu colles le pied droit sous la main droite et tu ranènes la main droite sur le 2eme plat, ensuite c'est encore no foot en rejetant main gauche.
un peu de tolérance quoi !!!! c'est bourrin, mais ca passe aussi.
