.... je trouve que sans le pied droit ( je suis trop court pour m'en servir) et en croisant pour le jeté c'est diffiicile !
Maintenant peut etre que pour les grands, avec le pied droit et en y allant main droite c'est moin dure ....

C'est le même départ que pour Hyper Tension, ou peut-on démarrer des grosses prises à gauche?

...qui n'est pas franchement dur d'ailleur. Partir à gauche est peut être un poil plus facile mais doit demander plus de temps pour rejoindre le crux.
