Je trouve que c'est un problème de grand, mais compte tenu de la taille de l'ouvreur et de celle des répétiteurs, il semblerait que ce ne soit pas le cas.
Alors ?
Où est le problème ?

Une méthode pour petit. Quand tu as le grat main gauche et le grat main droite à droite tu place ton pied droit sur le grat à droite et pied gauche en adhérence, tu vas ensuite cherchez la prise de sortie je pense que c'est pas excesivement morpho mais tres à doigt.
