Salut, qqn connait la méthode de la baleine 7a au Petit Bois? Est-ce qu'il faut ramener les deux mains sur la réglette sur la lèvre du dévers ou garder le bac sur l`arrête main gauche? toby

ok j'arrive à mettre mes deux mains sur la lèvre sup en gardant un crochet de cheville ( pas très agréable d'ailleurs ) par contre je n'arrive pas à remonter le pied droit sur la bonne prise au dessus.
que faire ?
est ce qu'il y aurait un endroit où on pourrait effectivement bien crocheter ?
HELP ! car c'est super épuisant de tomber une dizaine de fois au même endroit.

plutôt qu'un chochet de cheville, essaie une pointe dos du pied G. Ca permet d'avoir le dos bien vertical: plus zen pour remonter le pied droit.
