1) Pourriez-vous m'indiquer comment faire ou s'il y a une astuce ,un placement ou tout simplement s'il faut bourriner lorsqu'on a croisé et on se trouve main gauche arquée sur la réglette, pied droit sur une bonne prise en haut plus à droite pour arriver sur l'arête qui me parait à des années lumières (même l'intermédiaire me parait très loin).
2) Et après une fois qu'on a atteint l'arête, est ce terminé ou est ce qu'il y a encore des mouvs durs.

Une fois que t'a l'arête tu choppe le bac main gauche et la ta plus qu'a redescendre et tester la directe....Bonne grimpe

Tu y arrive par un gros blocage sur la reglette ,avec le pied droit la ou tu le dit.

... le tout en dynamisant un peu sur le bord de l'arête si le blocage n'est pas suffisant (ou le bras pas assez long).
