Il faudrait préciser ce que l'on s'autorise pour la main droite car sans rien éliminer, c'est loin d'être 7b/7b+ .

Main droite au départ sur un plat pas trop mal, main gauche dans un bi-doigt, jeté main gauche très loin au dessus à gauche sur un plat foireux, "bidouilles de pieds" et ramener main droite sur une verticale dans l'axe du corps, de là crochet de talon droit et on jette en haut sur des plats un peu foireux avec main droite, on ramène main gauche et c'est fini...En départ assis, le même avec trois mouvements pour se remettre en position du départ debout, avec mention spéciale pour le 1er. Voilà, pour les cots, je ne discute plus, tellement spécifique et morphologique...
