De mémoire, il faut bien tracter sur la réglette MG en ayant "posé" un pied gauche assez haut sur un gratton et se forcer à monter pied droit en crochetage sur la rampe.
Je l'ai vu faire par des spécialistes du crochetage pour qui ça paraissait IV+.

Pour ma part, je préfère le faire en bicyclette. A l'arrière troisième plateau, et devant petit pignon. Ca glisse un peu sur la première réglette et le jeté sur le gratton main droite est un peu pénible. Mais une fois là, on n'a plus qu'à décaler la roue avant sur la droite pour prendre la légère fissure en crochet de talon, ce qui te donne une bonne assise pour te détendre les bras (sur le plat gauche en inversé). Après ça passe tout seul. Le plus difficile, c'est le réta avec la bécane entre les guiboles. Mais après avoir pris deux ou trois buts, on trouve le truc.
Pour moi c'est un 6c à tout casser.
