Ce bloc, c'est un départ assis avec le cul au sol, ou un départ bas sous le toit avec la bonne inverse ?
Je l'ai fait en partant avec l'inverse... 7b pourquoi pas, là n'est pas la question, j'ai pas vraiment de réference pour juger.
C'est plus bourrin que technique en tout cas
Si c'est départ assis, c'est à la limite de la bouse, j'ai pas vraiment éssayé ce départ, ça rajopute un mouvement vraiment bidon. (7c dans le topo de frigault)
Bref, c'est quoi la convention ?

P.S : la méthode que l'on voit sur le décomposé est une méthode de grand.
Pour les petits faut s'y prendre autrement, je vous laisse chercher ;)

Pas de départ assis imposé, tu pars là où c'est logique. En fait Christophe avait fait une méthode foireuse d'où le 7c,....
