Est ce que dans la version directe de ce bloc (l'astragale) on a le droit de poser le pied droit sur la partie droite de la rainure/fissure..? Je suppose qu'on a le droit de prendre la partie gauche de cette rainure uniquement mais je ne sais pas si le peid est "autorisé" sur la partie droite..
Voilou merci d'avance.. J'espere que j'ai été claire :S
