y aurait t il une méthode pour passer l'angle ? Car j'ai l'impression que le crux est là.
Sinon au niveau de la cote j'ai vu dans les topos que c'était un 7b , qu'en pensez vous ?

et il faut mettre le talon droit.... apres controle du balan sur les invers les pieds a plat.... A mon navis le crux est apres : pour remonter sur l'invers de l'envie des betes alors qu'on commence a sentir la fatigue
