hier j'ai sortie technograte, plutot tout droit , donc jai pas traversé a gauche.
Une fois les deux mains dans les inverses (MG inversée haute, MD inversée basse). La je fais un crochet PD et je vais MD vers une sorte de plate a droite. je change un peu les pieds et je suis capable de prendre le bac de sortie a gauche. 7b par cette methode?

J'ai essayé cette méthode peu après qu'un grimpeur végétarien l'ait signalée sous le nom de "steak no crade" et une cote inchangée (il y a 2-3 ans). Je n'ai pas réussi, mais la difficulté me semblait voisine de la version classique.
