Juste un petit message pour savoir si le départ "normal" du bloc est en départ assis ou non. Et puis pour la sortie faut-il partir chercher l'arête de droite en sortie ou bien rétablir vers la gauche (au-dessus de la grosse prise que l'on voit sur la photo).

C'est effectivement un départ assis avec une sortie à gauche avec la prise dont tu fais référence. Tu sors dans la face à gauche. Bien joli bloc qui sera pondéré avec les répétitions.
