Tu pars du bac d'Arabesque prendre MG un trou, rebouger la main D pour avoir une sorte de bi tendu. Trouver les placements de pieds qui te conviennent pour envoyer main G sur des plats. Placer des spatules, remonter les plats puis prendre les règles de la fin du toit (si tu es assez grand tu peux , avec les spatules, prendre la prise plus haute main G). Contrôler le balan et c'est fini.
Il existe d'autres méthodes de dépard, celle-ci était la mienne.
