Franchard Raymond : white EN (n^o 1)

Area description
Apart a children's circuit along the GR 11, this quiet area has only one red TD circuit and problems of grade 5 to 7. It is often indicated to follow the GR1 / blue path from the parking lot of Franchard. Indeed the start of the red circuit is only 650m far from it. However the area is very complicated and it is easy to take the wrong path! It is finally easier to park at Le Carrefour des Gorges de Franchard (to the opposite of Gorges du Houx) and to follow La Route des Gorges de Franchard to the West for 800m. The boulders of the red circuit appear on the right of the path, 200m after the crossing with La Route des Tavannes and it is still possible to find the first 6 numbers on the other side of the plateau.
