Characteristic roof, sitstart on the boulder to the right of blue n°39 and P'tit Doigts. Start as for Les Fesses, climb under the roof and exit as for Le Nez.
NB: the problem known as 'Narine Gauche' has been merged with this one because the only defference was an exit with a heelhook to the left, on the same holds.
