Crouching start, at the right side of the cave, on the stone with a big pinch hold right hand, traverse to the the left and exit in Jamming.
NB: a 7b+ version of this problem (with a sit start!) seems to have been climbed in the past by Éric Allayaud with the name "Le Théorème de la Peur".
