aan de rechterkant van het blok met je rechterhand in de onderhandse sloper en spring met je linkerhand naar het richeltje daarna kan je je linkervoet op één van de startgrepen van faux contact plaatsen om zo door te gaan met je rechterhand naar de eindslopers rechts op het blok!
