Sitstart to the left of Koniec, to the the left of Double Sens (yellow n°6). Sitstart with a good undercling and exit directly, without a heelhook on the ledge of Koniec.
Update (April 2018): the good hold left hand at the end of the overhang has become loose and should be avoided to exit.
