Loop on the boulder of Le Gruyère. Start in La Dalle à Poly (black n°40 bis), downclimb it, traverse to the right in the middle of the boulder, downclimb again to the start of La Traversée du Gruyère (black n°40), climb this low traverse to the left and an exit in Le Gruyère.
