Difficulty of this problem very much depends on how you start. If you really sit, which means that you have to do 3 moves in the crack to get into a dyno position, than this is more like 7B. If you grab the upper upper part of the crack from the very beginning, than it's not sit start, but start from let say defined hold, and it's bit easier.
